The most important thing to know is that we will all probably be exposed to the Coronavirus eventually. The fact is most people will not be in grave danger unless they have poor immunity.  Everyone should do the usual things to lower the risk, such as washing hands regularly, staying away from big crowds, and doing things to keep their immune system at its peak level.

One very interesting fact that few people are aware of is that animals like dogs, cats, pigs and rodents harbor this respiratory virus as well, but seldom develop life threatening pneumonia causing death. Scientific evidence suggests that they may have a high immunity to viruses in general because most animals internally produce Vitamin C.

Until we know more about this Coronavirus, I would recommend people consider taking natural supplements to help keep their immune systems working top notch. Some supplements that you may consider are Vitamin C, D, Beta-Carotene, Selenium, and Glutathione. They might just keep you from coming down with the virus or at least keep it to a mild case.

Most of the people that have died from the Coronavius have been elderly or immune compromised individuals due to other health issues. Glutathione, for example, plays a very critical role in our immune systems and is a major player when it comes to dealing with viral infections. In fact, there are over 98,000 scientific studies and articles on Glutathione in PubMed, the official U.S. government library of medical research. Glutathione requires Selenium for its production of Glutathione Peroxidase. As a side note, AIDS infection rate is highest in countries with low levels of Selenium in their soil.

Just reported, at ground zero in the Wuhan Province of China, there is a hospital exploring the use of intravenous (IV) Vitamin C to help treat the Coronavirus. A legitimate clinical trial has also been created and is listed at the U.S. National Institute of Health (NIH) database.

Unfortunately, we can’t always believe what we hear from the politicians, and even more so from China, but we can definitely take precautions to ensure our own health.
