Recent studies that were reported on July 1, 2022 showed that you can lower your risk of being hospitalized if you follow a similar program that I have been using myself to help lower my risk.
Nothing is a guarantee, but according to Richard Gerhauser, M.D. it was reported that at the height of Covid hospitalization rates ranged from 20-30% in patients that were over age 45 that contracted Covid 19.
They used three different protocols on 100 patients
A: Resulted in 20-30 % hospitalizations.
B: Resulted in a 3% hospitalization rate.
C: Resulted in a 2 percent hospitalization rate.
Covid 19 isn’t as prevalent now, but I still use my preventative program and will increase it to program C if I ever come down with it. Most of what I do, you can do yourself, but I recommend you consult a physician just to be safe.
Incidentally, emergency room visits were dramatically reduced as well as cases of pneumonia in both groups B and C.
The regimen I have been using the past few years was used to prevent Covid, but with a few tweaks…you can see that it could be dramatically effective in treating Covid 19 also.
